Epsom salt is a natural form of magnesium salt. It is a colorless, well-soluble, odorless crystalline substance with a very bitter taste. Ideal for a full body bath to relax muscles, relieve stress, reduce swelling of the lower limbs, detoxify or for a foot bath, as it helps neutralize any odor. The salt can also be used as a peeling. When used internally, Epsom salt has laxative effects.

Dosage and method of use
Epsom Salt Bath - Fill the tub with warm water and add Epsom Salt. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, there is half a cup (1 dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorb minerals from the water.
Peeling - pour a small amount of salt into the palm of your hand, moisturize and massage into the skin.

The product contains magnesium sulphate heptahydrate - bitter salt of MgSO4x7H2O.
