Biomedica MAGNESIUM LACTATE 500 mg 100 tablets

Magnesium lactate 500 mg Biomedica tablets supplement the reduced level of magnesium in the body. Magnesium is important for the construction of bones, cartilage and teeth and for the normal functioning of the nervous, muscular, cardiovascular and immune systems. The product is used to prevent magnesium deficiency and supplements magnesium in one-sided nutrition or in some diseases such as diabetes, liver function disorders in liver inflammation or alcoholism. It is also suitable for increased magnesium needs during puberty, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Magnesium lactate 500 mg Biomedica tablets can be taken by adults, adolescents, children from 6 years of age, pregnant and lactating women.

Adults take 2-3 tablets per day for the prevention of magnesium deficiency, and 6 tablets per day for the treatment of magnesium deficiency. Children from 6 years of age take 1 tablet per day. The usual duration of use of the product is 3-4 weeks. If the symptoms (muscle cramps, muscle pain, migraines) do not disappear within 7 days, consult your doctor about further treatment.

The active substance is magnesium lactate dihydrate 500 mg per tablet (equivalent to 51 mg magnesium).

Additional components are microcrystalline cellulose, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, talc, magnesium stearate.

Food rich in oxalic acid (spinach, rhubarb) reduces the absorption of magnesium.
