Use:

Add 1 to 2 drops of product to the palm (depending on length, density and degree of hair damage) and rub into damp hair from half the length to the ends of the hair. For dry hair only to the ends, in case of severe damage.

We recommend starting with a smaller amount and possibly adding the next wash. If more than the hair actually needs is used, there is a risk that the hair will become heavier.
