How to use RosenSPA
Baths
Bathtub - add 1 vial of extract to the bathtub. Fill the tub with enough water (approx. 100-120 liters of water in a classic bathtub) so that the whole body is comfortably immersed in a bath with a water temperature of 37 ° C (+/- 2 ° C). The optimal time to stay in the bath is 20-30 minutes. Prepare a sitting
bath by adding half the contents of 1 vial of extract to about 30-50 l of sitting bath. Bath time is 20-30 minutes.
Bubble bath , whirlpool-add 1 bottle of extract to 150 liters of water. Water temperature 37 ° C (+/- 2 ° C). Bath time is 15-20 minutes.
Always check the water temperature with the enclosed thermometer.
Wraps
Prepare a warm local wrap from 1 teaspoon of extract in ¼ liter of warm water. Soak the absorbent cloth with the prepared solution, place it on the affected area, cover with a foil and, if necessary, a warm towel to maintain the temperature. Apply several times a day for 30 minutes for pain in joints, muscles, back and to increase local blood flow.
