Dosage and method of use
It is recommended to brush your teeth using a toothbrush 2-3× a day after eating. The gel is suitable for daily use. Apply a pea-sized gel to the toothbrush and clean for at least 2 minutes. After cleaning, spit out the rest of the tooth gel.
