Use
Dispense 300 ml of cold water into the shaker and add the contents of one sachet. Shake well. Eat 6 servings of NUPO diet daily, preferably at regular intervals, for about 2-3 hours. 1 package of the NUPO diet contains 12 servings from one flavor.
