Green Tea Ultra tablets from the British TPW are made from the extract of the leaves of select green tea Camelia sinensis (Chinese tea tree). It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years and has a place of honor in sports nutrition due to its beneficial effects on fat metabolism and weight control. It also acts as an antioxidant and promotes concentration. The extract contains 40% polyphenols, 25% catechins, 10% EGCG and a maximum of 7.5% caffeine.
