ONE CAPSULE CONTAINS
200 mg caffeine anhydrous , 35 mg Citrus aurantium extract - standardized to 10 mg synephrine, 60 mg Salix Alba extract - standardized to 9 mg salycine. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica * Energy value less than 50 kJ (12 kcal).

The 20: 1: 1 caffeine / synephrine / salicin combination is proven to be one of the most effective supplements affecting thermogenesis, muscle cleanliness and visible fat loss. Anhydrous caffeine, pharmaceutical grade is an excellent CNS stimulant that increases overall energy levels and maximizes the body's capacity for the highest training intensity. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The basic recommended dose is 1 capsule per day. Drink down sufficiently with water. Dose approximately 20-30 minutes before the start of the training unit (note: CZ legislation permits a maximum daily dose of 10 mg of synephrine, therefore only 1 capsule per day should be recommended and never exceed!
