Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day, preferably between meals, washed down with a larger dose of liquid.
It is advisable to use for 1-2 months before and during expected exposure to sunlight.

Dunaliella salina algae insole, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule shell/dye (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxides and hydroxides), selenium (selenium-enriched yeast), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Haematococcus pluvialis, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), biotin.
