Gaviscon Liquid Peppermint 300 ml
Gaviscon Liquid Peppermint relieves heartburn and discomfort in the upper stomach or behind the sternum . It is also used for digestive disorders that are caused by the return of stomach acid to the esophagus, diaphragmatic hernia or inflammation of the esophagus. Gaviscon Liquid Peppermint oral suspension is intended for adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take 10-20 ml (2-4 teaspoons) after meals and at bedtime. Children aged 6-12 years take 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) after meals and at bedtime. Children aged 2-6 years use the product only on the recommendation of a doctor. If your symptoms do not improve within 7 days, consult your doctor.
Ingredients
The active substances are sodium alginate 500 mg, sodium bicarbonate 267 mg and calcium carbonate 160.0 mg in 10 ml of suspension.
The other ingredients are carbomer, methyl paraben, propyl paraben, sodium hydroxide, saccharin sodium dihydrate, peppermint oil and purified water.
