Dosage
To support the immune system (due to the selenium content), use 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice a day.
Long term use of taking children under 6 years of age 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 1x per day, children under 14 years 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 times a day.
