Dosage:

Valerian 3: 1 extract 133.34 mg (Valeriana officinalis, root), equivalent to 400 mg of dried plant per capsule.

Notice:
Not for children, pregnant and nursing women. If insomnia persists for more than three weeks, consult your doctor. Do not use for at least two hours before and while driving a motor vehicle and heavy machinery.
