GELA 1000 mg is a joint nutrition with a very high content of active substance - gelatin hydrolyzate. Two capsules contain 1000 mg of collagen protein - gelatin hydrolyzate Gelita Sol M aggl. It is a rich source of cleaved (pre-digested) collagen peptides. GELA 1000 mg is intended for people with increased strain or wear on joints and connective tissue, as well as individuals with increased joint strain (athletes, obese and overweight people). Gela 1000 mg food supplement is also designed for people with reduced mobility and joint fatigue.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- the basic daily dose as prevention is 2-3 capsules a day
- preferably fasting
- in case of increased joint load and in cases of articular problems 2 capsules - 3 capsules a day 3 capsules
