Nasivin Sensitive 0.5mg Nasal Spray 10 ml
Nasivin Sensitive 0.05% is used for acute rhinitis, allergic and vasomotor rhinitis (a type of non-infectious rhinitis with seizures of the nose and its obstruction). After consultation with a physician, it is also used to support the outflow of secretions from the paranasal sinuses, for inflammation of the auditory (Eustachian) tube and inflammation of the middle ear due to a cold, and for diagnostic decongestion of the mucous membranes. Nasivin Sensitive 0.05% is intended for adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age.
Dosage and method of use
Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, one injection is given into each nostril 2 to 3 times a day. A single dose should not be given more than 3 times a day. Do not use higher than recommended dosage.
Do not use Nasivin Sensitive 0.05% for more than 7 days (5 days in children) unless your doctor tells you otherwise. If you do not feel better within 7 days (for children under 5 days) or if you feel overwhelmed, you must consult a doctor.
Ingredients
The active substance is oxymetazoline hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are: citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, glycerol 85%, purified water.
Contraindication
Nasivin Sensitive 0.05% is intended for children and adolescents from 6 years of age.
Nasivin Sensitive 0.05% should be used during pregnancy and lactation after careful consideration of the benefit-risk balance of the treatment, and only after consultation with a doctor.
