TIORETIN A free is an isotonic sterile ophthalmic solution with hypromellose, lipoic acid and amino acids, without preservatives, suitable for restoring tear secretion and physiological conditions of the tear film.
TIORETIN A free protects and lubricates the eye surface thanks to its antioxidant effect, which is useful under special oxidative stress conditions of a metabolic (eg diabetic pathology) or chemical-physical nature.
Hypromellose is a polymer with mucomimetic properties that has the ability to restore and stabilize the tear film on the eye surface and create a transparent, protective and viscoelastic layer.
Lipoic acid neutralizes free radicals in the tear film and acts as a protection in situations of oxidative stress.
The amino acid preparation helps to lubricate the surface of the eye and improves the protection of epithelium exposed to various types of stress.
The TIORETIN A free bottle is equipped with an OSD (Ophthalmic Squeeze Dispenser) dropper, which ensures that the sterility of the product is maintained without preservatives by means of a multilayer air filter and a valve system with a tip cap.

Dosage and method of use
Apply 1-2 drops to the conjunctival sac 3 or more times a day.
The product can be dripped into the eyes even when wearing contact lenses.
Ingredients
Main ingredient: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (hypromellose), lipoic acid.
Other ingredients: boric acid, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, sodium chloride, glycine, L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-proline, tromethamine, water for injections.
