Ingredients
Alcohol (alc. max. 78% vol.), Aqua, Origanum vulgare, Valeriana officinalis, Humulus lupulus, Melissa officinalis, Leonurus cardiaca, Hypericum perforatum, Sambucus nigra, Angelica archangelica, Thymus serpyllum, Asperula odorata.
Dosage
Mix 1/2 - 1 teaspoon in a cup (100 - 250 ml) of warm or cold water or weak tea. We do not recommend mineral or sparkling water. When using for the first time, give 1/2 teaspoon 1 - 3 times a day (higher doses can stimulate the nervous system, on the contrary), the dose can be gradually increased without meals. The maximum dose is 2 teaspoons 3 times a day.
