Recommended dosage
Stir 2 g of powder (= one level teaspoon) into half a glass of water (approx. 125 ml) daily. Stir and drink after 10 - 15 minutes. The best time to consume is in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed. If antibiotics are taken at the same time, an interval of several hours is recommended.
