Noventis Carnitine 30 tablets

1 tablet contains 500 mg of crystalline L-carnitine L-tartrate (equivalent to 340 mg of pure carnitine).

Ingredients:
L-carnitine L-tartrate, sorbitol carrier (sweetener), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose binder, magnesium stearate glidant, anti-caking agent colloidal silica. 

Dosage:
Adults take 1 tablet ev. Once a day 2 tablets ½ hours before sports performance. The tablets should be taken whole, before meals, and swallowed with a sufficient quantity of fluids. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. 

Note:
Not for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Not suitable for pregnant and nursing women. Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. If you are taking any medicines or supplements, talk to your doctor about the appropriateness of taking this supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
