FERTIPRONA-Inositol and Methylfolate is a dietary supplement that contains inositol and a complex of vitamins with methylfolate for pregnancy planning, for pregnant and nursing women.
With its methylfolate (Extrafolate®) content, this product is excellent even for weak classical folic acid metabolisers. Folic acid (folate) is important for the normal growth of embryonic tissues during pregnancy. A rich, varied diet can produce about 200 µg of folic acid daily, with a recommended daily dose of 400 µg for adults and 600-1000 µg for pregnant women.
How to take FERTIPRONA Inositol and Methyl folate:
Take 1-2 sachets a day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and drink.

Inositol 2 g, vitamin B12 1.75 µg, vitamin B6 0.95 mg, folic acid 200 µg, methylfolat 200 µg, vitamin E 6.5 mg, vitamin C 55 mg, vitamin B2 0.8 mg, biotin 30 µg, niacin 7.5 mg, pantothenic acid 3 mg, iodine 50 µg, vitamin D3 10 µg in 1 sachet.
