Smart baby superfoline 2 MAMA is a food supplement created according to the recommendations of the Czech Gynecological and Obstetrical Society containing QUATREFOLIC, folic acid, DHA and other vitamins and minerals. It is intended for women from the beginning of pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding.
Proper nutrition of the mother is very important during pregnancy. It supports the smooth running of pregnancy, healthy and proper development of the baby, but also the health of the mother.
- Folic acid is important for normal fetal development. The recommended dose for pregnant women is 600-1000 μg.
- Quatrefolic® is the active form of folic acid. It is also suitable for women who convert folic acid to its active form more slowly than usual.
- DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid that is important for the proper development of the brain and fetal eyes in the mother's and breast-fed infants. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of at least 200 mg DHA per day in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA.
Dosage:
Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day, drink plenty of fluids.
Ingredients:
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 250 mg, EPA (eicosapantaenoic acid) 55 mg, gelatin, glycerin, purified water in one capsule.
Quatrefolic 600 µg, folic acid 400 µg, vitamin E 13 mg, vitamin C 110 mg, vitamin B2 1.6 mg, vitamin B6 1.9 mg, vitamin B12 3.5 µg, biotin 60 µg, niacin 15 mg, pantothenic acid 6 mg, iodine 100 µg per tablet.
Calcium carbonate granulate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, corn starch, gelatin, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc.
