Bioveta Otofin pet ear solution 100 ml

OTOFIN ear lotio dissolves earwax, cleanses the external ear canal of a dog or cat, leaves supple skin and a pleasant aroma. Its regular use helps to keep the ears clean and healthy. By its composition, it corresponds to the current requirements for the composition of preparations designed for effective and safe rinsing and cleaning of the ears of dogs and cats.

Active substances are obtained from natural drugs, which, in addition to an excellent antiseptic effect, are distinguished by their safety. Calendula, lavender, basil and propylene glycol are known for their ability to reduce the number of bacteria and yeast; it also acts against some viruses and mites. Calendula and alpha-bisabolol have a proven soothing and anti-inflammatory effect.

Indications:
Preventive treatment of the ear canal and auricles of dogs and cats - once a week. In case of excessive contamination of the ear canal with cerumen and dead tissue, the solution can be applied once a day for eight days, after consulting a veterinarian. Rinsing of the ear canals forms part of the therapy of infectious and parasitic otitis but does not replace their treatment.

Method of application:
The ease of use of OTOFIN ear lotion allows a sufficiently long and elastic applicator with which the solution can be injected deep enough into the ear canal.

The ear canal should be filled with a solution and carefully massaged, excess fluid can be sucked out with cotton wool or a swab. The solution should act for a while in the ear canal, after which the animal can shake off the solution and the released sebum. The rest of the preparation can again be sucked out with a swab, the cerumen can be wiped with gauze or a swab. Do not use cotton buds!
If the ear canal is heavily contaminated, apply repeatedly.

Withdrawal period:
Not for food animals.

Propylene glycol 40.0 g; (±) - alpha-bisabolol 100 mg; Liquid calendula extract alcohol 3,0 g; lavender essential oil 100 mg; basil essential oil 280 mg; glyceromacrogol-7- cocacia; acidity regulator; disodium edethane dihydrate, foaming regulator, purified water.
