Collection: Sinecod

When treating cough, it is necessary to distinguish whether the cough is dry or moist. Dry cough is very irritating, persistent, without coughing up mucus. Cough moist (or also productive) is characterized mainly by coughing of mucus. SINECOD is intended for the control of dry irritant cough.

SINECOD is used for the short-term treatment of irritant cough in acute upper and lower respiratory tract, trachea and bronchial infections. Sinecod contains the active substance butyrate citrate, which belongs to the group of non-codeine antitussives (cough medicines). Butyrate effectively and without the risk of addiction stops dry and irritating cough. In addition, it releases the bronchi and thereby facilitates breathing.

You can buy SINECOD in the form of drops (for children from two months), syrup (from three years) or tablets. The tablets can be taken by children from 12 years of age, adolescents and adults. Due to the sustained release dosage form, their effect lasts for 8-12 hours. You can administer SINECOD to relieve your coughing day and night.

SINECOD is an oral medicine. Contains butyrate-citrate. Read the package insert before use!
