Beggs Methylfolate + Myo-inositol Complex is a dietary supplement for women in the period of pregnancy planning based on myo-inositol and folic acid . Folic acid is a vitamin of the B group (vitamin B9), the increased intake of which is important before a planned pregnancy and in the first weeks of pregnancy. In the body, it turns into a biologically active substance - the so-called folate. Folates contribute to the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy and participate in the process of cell division . In addition to folic acid, the daily dose also contains 250 mg of myo-inositol, which occurs naturally in the human body. It is part of cell membranes and participates in a number of biochemical reactions.
