BetterYou MultiVit is a dietary supplement with 14 essential nutrients including B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D, K1, iodine and selenium in the form of an oral spray flavored with black currants and plum with sweetener.
Vitamin A helps maintain normal skin and eyesight.

Dosage and method of use
Before using for the first time, press the pump 3 times to allow the liquid to drain. Shake well before each use. Carefully spray into your mouth, preferably on the inside of your face, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
The recommended dose is 4 sprays per day (0.19 ml).
