Calcium from coral: The calcium from coral maintains the stability and strength of our bone structure and contains all important trace elements such as boron and magnesium.
Vitamin D3: The importance of vitamin D3 lies primarily in facilitating the absorption of calcium by the organism, because calcium can only be well absorbed from the intestine in combination with vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 also ensures that calcium can be incorporated into the teeth and bones.
Folic acid: Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin of the B group and is involved in many vital metabolic processes. Folic acid helps reduce elevated homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels increase the risk of osteoporosis or are associated with osteoporosis.

Vitamin K2: Vitamins K1 and K2 are essential vital substances for the human organism. In addition to their important role in cell function and the immune system, they are necessary for the regulation of blood clotting and calcium metabolism.
Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is absorbed through food (green plants). Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is mainly found in animal foods (meat, offal, eggs, cheese, etc.) and is produced by bacteria that are also found in the human intestine. The mechanism of action of vitamin K2 ensures that calcium in the body is stored primarily in the bones and not in the arteries!

Recommended use

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of liquid, preferably with or after a meal, for a period of at least 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

If you have difficulty swallowing, you can also open the capsules and mix them with other foods.

Vitamin K2 can negatively influence the effect of oral anticoagulant medications. When taking anticoagulants, only use after consulting a doctor!
If you are hypersensitive or allergic to cholecalciferol
For hypercalcemia (increased calcium concentration in the blood) and/or hypercalciuria (increased calcium concentration in the urine), as well as pseudohypoparathyroidism (disorder of the parathyroid hormone balance)
Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women!
