CYTOPLAN Vitamin B12 contains natural bioactive forms of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) in the form of tablets that dissolve under the tongue (sublingual), which have better absorption. Vitamin B12 belongs to the group of water-soluble B vitamins.
