Coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10 ) is an essential component of every cell in the human body. During biochemical reactions in cellular mitochondria , it participates in the process of transferring and obtaining energy that is essential for life. Most coenzyme Q10 occurs in organs with high energy requirements, such as the heart, lungs and liver . Its production decreases with increasing age , and therefore it is appropriate to supplement coenzyme Q10 in the diet. Dietary supplement Lipizentin with coenzyme Q10 contains 30 mg of coenzyme Q10 and omega-3 fatty acids. Intake of coenzyme Q10 is suitable for increased exertion, stress or smokers, as well as for people who take cholesterol-lowering drugs with statins.
Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily, drink plenty of water.
