Yarilo einstein 1 contains 800 mcg of fully biologically active folate of the latest generation. Unlike ordinary folic acid, it is immediately effective and does not need to be metabolised by the enzyme MTHFR. When using 100% pure active folate, unmetabolized folic acid (UMFA) does not appear in the body. A beneficial effect is obtained with an additional daily folate intake of 400 mcg from at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception. It does not contain any added dyes, glucose, sucrose or artificial sweeteners. It does not contain lactose or gluten.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule once a day. Drink plenty of fluids.
