Ambrobene 60 mg effervescent tablets are used to treat wet (productive) cough in acute and chronic respiratory diseases in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age. Examples of these respiratory diseases are acute inflammations of the larynx, trachea or bronchi and chronic diseases such as chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the bronchi) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. For chronic diseases of the respiratory tract, this medicinal product can only be used after consulting a doctor

A wet (productive) cough is associated with disorders of the lungs and bronchi during the production of excess mucus . Ambrobene works by making the mucus thinner and loosening it so that it can be coughed up more easily.

The package contains 20 effervescent tablets.
