Psyllium ( Plantago ovata ) is a plant with inconspicuous flowers and short leaves covered with fine fluff. It is found mainly in India, but also in Iraq, Pakistan and Australia. Soluble fiber in the form of colorless slime swells upon wetting. It is obtained from the planting of Indian plantain, which is collected from dry seeds and ground to a powder. It has the ability to absorb water in the gastrointestinal tract and multiply its volume. This will increase stool volume and promote intestinal peristalsis.

Dosage:
