Ingredients:
PuErh (black tea) (20%), green tea (20%), peppermint leaves (20%), maté leaf (10%), birch leaf (10%), nettle leaves (10%), fennel fruit (5%), seaweed - bubbleweed (5%).

Preparation and dosing
Pour 1 teabag (1/4 l) of boiling water over 1 infusion bag. Tea drinks lukewarm. Drink the last cup of tea 2 hours before bedtime. Adults 3-4 cups per day.
Children from 6 years 1-2 cups per day.
Do not exceed the indicated dosage.
