Leros Bronchial herbal tea
Ingredients
Rose hips, goodness leaves, fennel fruit, linden blossom, peppermint leaves, thyme leaves, mullein blossom, plantain leaf
Preparation
1 teaspoon pour 1/4 l of boiling water, infuse in a covered container for 5-10 minutes.
Drink warm 2-3 times a day. The infusion can be flavored, preferably with honey or plantain syrup.
Dosage
For adults 2-3 times a day.
