Omega-3 fatty acids are not produced in sufficient quantities by our body, which is why they have to be supplied with food. Fatty sea fish serve as a source of omega-3 fatty acids, especially EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA.

EQUAZEN® PRO contains EPA and DHA in a ratio of 3:1 as well as the omega-6 fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). A high-quality combination of fish and evening primrose oil from 100% natural origin is used in EQUAZEN® PRO.

Our fish oil comes from sustainable fish stocks, such as sardines, which naturally have a high omega-3 fatty acid content. After a special purification process, independent testing ensures that our oils meet the strict EC purity standards.

Consumption recommendation

In the first 3 months it is recommended to take 2 chewable capsules three times a day with a meal. Long-term use: A daily amount of 2 chewable capsules daily with a meal is recommended.

The chewable capsules can be swallowed, but also chewed. The capsule shell of the chewable capsules that remains in the mouth can, but does not have to be swallowed.
