SOLCOSERYL 2.125mg oral cream 5g
Solcoseryl is an oral paste that promotes the healing of damaged tissue in the oral cavity and its active ingredient lauromacrogol causes superficial anesthesia and rapidly relieves pain. The paste forms a long-lasting protective coating on the mucosa that prevents irritation during eating and drinking. The pain disappears in 1-3 minutes after applying the paste.
Solcoseryl oral paste is used in the treatment of:
- painful and inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa, gums and lips, aphthae, cracks, gingivitis (periodontitis);
- painful pressure sores caused by denture;
- gum pain when wisdom teeth are pruned;
- the product is used as a protective dressing only on the recommendation of a doctor: after removal of tartar, gum operations, tooth extraction; before the use of temporary dental prostheses and dentures, dental bed inflammation.
Solcoseryl oral paste can be used by adults and children over 2 years of age.
Pack size is 5 g.
Dosage and method of use
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
The recommended dose is approximately 1/2 cm of Solcoseryl oral paste, which is applied 3-5 times a day in a thin layer to the affected area. Use is recommended especially at bedtime. Do not massage the paste.
If the symptoms do not disappear within 3-5 days of treatment or if the symptoms worsen, consult your doctor for further use.
Ingredients
The active substances are: vitulinae sanguinis fractio deproteinata 2.125 mg, lauromacrogol 450 10.0 mg in 1 g oral paste.
The other ingredients are: propylparaben (E216), methylparaben (E218), menthol, gelatin, pectin, polyethylene, liquid paraffin, carmellose sodium, peppermint essential oil.
Contraindication
Read the package leaflet carefully.
Do not use if you are allergic to the active substances, to parabens (E 216, E 218), peppermint oil, levomenthol or any of the excipients.
The product must not be used by children under 2 years of age.
