MSM - Methylsulfonylmethane is a substance containing organically bound sulfur and is a unique source of sulfur compounds that have a positive effect on the body, especially in damaged joint cartilage. Among other things, sulfur is involved in the process of collagen and glucosamine formation - the basic building materials of articular cartilage and connective tissue.
Vitamin C is needed for the metabolism of amino acids, especially the amino acids hydroxylysine and hydroxyproline, which are very important for collagen synthesis.
Alavis MSM for horses is recommended:
- For foals from 2 to 3 months of age
- For young horses
