Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins D and E for you and your children. Epavit Omega-3 Fish Oil contains a mixture of wild fish fish oil and vegetable oil with vitamins D and E. Fish oil is a rich source of DHA and EPA unsaturated fatty acids. The product is suitable for adults, the pleasant taste of lemon and orange will be appreciated even by children from 1 year of age.
Main components:
- EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (beneficial effect is achieved with 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day)
- DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision (a beneficial effect is achieved with 250 mg of DHA per day)
- Vitamin D is essential for the normal growth and development of bones in children, helps maintain the normal condition of bones, teeth and muscles and has a positive effect on the immune system.

Dosage
Children from 1 year and adults take 5 ml per day (one teaspoon).
