application
Take the daily dose of GINKGO LECITHIN PLUS undiluted. Adults and adolescents from the age of 16 take 15 ml twice a day or 30 ml once a day (= 2 tablespoons). Do not exceed the specified daily dose.

Suitable for adults and young people aged 16 and over! 1 tablespoon (15 ml) corresponds to approx. 27.6 kcal and 0.1 BE.
