Unsaturated fatty acids are essential building blocks of cell membranes. They keep our cells supple and elastic. EPA and DHA are two particularly high-quality unsaturated fatty acids.

Important EPA and DHA sources are fish oil and algae oil. Both are not found in vegetable oils.

Normally, the body can only produce very small amounts of EPA and DHA from vegetable fatty acids. For this he needs the enzyme D-6-D (delta-6-desaturase).

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION

Take 15 ml in the morning or at noon.
For dry, itchy skin, take 15 ml twice a day (from 7 years of age).

Tip:
Dilute ALL IN drinking emulsion (METANORM®) with water and enjoy immediately. Tastes like multivitamin juice and is therefore also suitable for children aged 4 and over.

Note:
Suitable for children from 4 years in the recommended dosage (15 ml).
Warning:
Not suitable for people who take vitamin K antagonists as blood thinners.
