It is an excellent solution both for increased risk of allergies and for people with proven allergies. Although it is a non-dairy porridge, no milk is added to it! Its main ingredient is carob flour, which is made from carob pods, and partially enzymatically hydrolyzed rice.

Sinlac is prepared with water (in case of proven allergy) or with hypoallergenic infant formula (in case of increased risk of allergy). It can also be combined with other foods.

Instructions for use:

Wash your hands before preparing the porridge. Check the cleanliness of all containers.
Boil drinking water suitable for young animals for five minutes and let it cool to about 40°C. Water temperature above 45 °C destroys bifigobacteria.
Pour a measured amount of 150ml boiled water into a plate and pour 50g (about 5 spoons) of the mixture.
Mix lightly and the porridge is ready. The porridge must not be whipped! It doesn't boil.
