Consumption recommendation

Pour 4.5g (=1 measuring spoon) of Mineral Vitamin Drink powder into a dry container and add approx. 1⁄2 l of water.

Normally the mineral vitamin drink is mixed with water from the tap. However, you can also mix a measuring spoon with natural yogurt.
