Glutamic acid is a natural protein building block that plays a key role in numerous metabolic processes in the body. In the central nervous system, it fulfills the important function of a transmitter substance and is therefore an intermediary between the nerve cells.
application
Swallow the tablets whole or crush them with some liquid, preferably after meals. Drink up some liquid! Adults and adolescents take up to 10 tablets spread over the day. If you have trouble falling asleep, the evening dose should be brought forward. 1 daily dose (10 tablets) corresponds to approx. 79.3 KJ (18 kcal) and 0.05 BE.
Free from lactose, gluten and colorings.
Do not exceed the specified daily dose.
