Prebiotic chicory fiber contains chicory root extract.
Fiber is an important component of food, but it is difficult for our body to digest. Soluble fiber is, for the most part, a breeding ground for bacteria during passage through the intestine, where it supports the growth of intestinal microflora and acts as a so-called prebiotic.
Chicory extract can be used as a source of beneficial prebiotic soluble fiber.
Gluten free; lactose free; without preservatives; no salt; with a high fiber content; without added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) twice a day (morning and evening). Can be used alone or in drinks, yogurts or otherwise. Thanks to its pleasant, slightly sweet taste, it can replace regular sweeteners.
