Do you feel that you are putting a lot of stress on your bones and joints? Do you train intensively and your physical activity is focused only on specific goals? Or maybe you are just looking for a complete product, the individual components of which are important for the musculoskeletal system? If so, we have an ideal offer for you - a product that meets the needs of most of us. Remember that the osteoarticular system is the support and protection of our body. This should always be kept in mind. Flex Pak is a complex formula whose active ingredients complement each other perfectly.
Collagen (especially type I and II) is the most important structural and functional component of the extracellular matrix of tendons, ligaments and cartilage. Hydrolyzed collagen is a form of collagen also known as collagen hydrolyzate. Collagen hydrolysates are intensively processed to break down large collagen molecules into smaller fragments to increase absorbability. To produce hydrolyzed collagen, collagen is denatured and subsequently hydrolyzed to form collagen peptides with a very low molecular weight. These lower molecular weight collagen peptides may be more easily absorbed in the small intestine, theoretically increasing the likelihood of their delivery to other areas of the body, including joints.
Proline and vitamin C are important for collagen. The most abundant amino acids in collagen are glycine and proline or its derivative hydroxyproline. Together, proline and hydroxyproline make up about 23% of the amino acid content in the collagen molecule. About 99.8% of the body's supply of hydroxyproline is in collagen, so testing for this amino acid is useful as a marker of total collagen. Both proline and hydroxyproline are essential for collagen biosynthesis, structure and strength. As for vitamin C, it also plays a role in collagen synthesis. Vitamin C helps in the proper formation of collagen to ensure the proper function of bones, cartilage, skin, but also blood vessels, gums and teeth.
Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM and their importance - glucosamine is a water-soluble monosaccharide amino acid and one of the most widespread monosaccharides in the human body. It is found in large quantities in articular cartilage, is a component of glycosaminoglycans in the cartilage matrix and also in synovial fluid. Chondroitin sulfate is also classified as a glycosaminoglycan and is also a major component of the extracellular matrix of articular cartilage. It plays a major role in creating significant osmotic pressure that stretches the matrix and causes tension in the collagen network. It gives cartilage strength and elasticity so that it can withstand tensile stress under various load conditions. MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is an organic form of sulfur that plays an important role in many organs and systems in the body. It participates in various physiological processes, including the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid.
Addition of calcium, magnesium and vitamin B6 - calcium is necessary to maintain healthy bones and teeth and helps the proper function of muscles. Vitamin B6, in turn, contributes to the maintenance of proper protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
