The dietary supplement 7NUTRITION Natural Vitamin C contains this essential vitamin in its natural form . Its source is rosehip and acerola fruit extracts , which provide a high percentage of vitamin C. Vitamin C is important not only for our immune system , but also has a number of other tasks in our body. For example, it participates in energy metabolism, and a sufficient amount of it helps  to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion . Vitamin C also supports  the absorption of iron , which we need to make red blood cells.
