Activlab BCAA 1000 XXL 120 tablets

BCAA 1000 XXL contains branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine). BCCA accounts for about 35% of the exogenous amino acids necessary for muscle mass formation and nearly 50% of the normal diet. 

Dosage:          

1) recreational sportsmen: 1 tablet in the morning 40 min before breakfast, 2 tablets before training, 2 tablets after training and 1 tablet before bedtime

2) Professional Athletes / Heavy Training: On average 1 tablet per 10 kg individual weight - divided into 4 doses during the day - before breakfast, before and after training and before bedtime.

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, gelatin, anti-caking agent - silica.
