AkuKEFIR  is a mixture for making honest homemade kefir. This new product contains 7 ten-gram bags with this mixture and you can use it by fermentation to create up to 70 liters of amazing kefir from the comfort of your home. The main advantage of this process is its freshness. So you can create a tasty fresh drink at home and also save our planet, because home production is organic. Home-made kefir contains far more living cultures than industrially made kefir from trade. 

Kefir is a traditional drink that comes from the Caucasus and Tibet, has been tested for years and has many beneficial effects on the human body. This dairy product is most often prepared from milk. Akuna's recuperation uses fruit sugar - ie fructose  - which serves as a carrier for probiotic cultures and at the same time as an initiator of the fermentation process. Fermentation is a process in which kefir cultures are fed lactose (milk sugar), converted to lactic acid, carbon dioxide and other substances.It lowers the glycemic index and the product becomes more digestible for our body. During the fermentation of fructose, ethanol is then formed (in other words: fructose is partially converted into ethanol) - thus real kefir is formed, almost identical to kefir formed according to the original recipe. In the vast majority of cases, the resulting drink is tolerated by people with lactose intolerance . Unlike other sour milk drinks, it contains not only milk proteins and bacteria beneficial to the body, but also yeasts, fats and sugars. In particular, the yeast content distinguishes it from all other fermented beverages and gives it a characteristic taste, which can give a slightly pungent impression during longer periods of storage.

Ingredients: Fruit sugar (crystalline fructose), lyophilized kefir culture.   Contained strains: Lactococcus Lactis susp. Lactis, Lactococcus Lactis susp. Lactis biovar diacetylactis, Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus Brevis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae Dosage: Pour the contents of the sachet into 1 liter of milk (preferably whole milk) at room temperature 20 - 300C. Mix the solution well, cover or seal and leave to stand at room temperature 20-20 ° C for 12-48 hours. After cooking, store in the refrigerator for consumption. Packing:
