Allnature Auricularia Judas ear 100 capsules

Auricularia is an abundant edible mushroom growing mainly on elderberry branches, but also on deciduous wood in wetter forests. In our country it is better known as Judas Ear. It is suitable for soups, risotto and especially for Chinese and Japanese dishes. It is popular in traditional Chinese medicine.

Auricularia, or Judas ear, excels in its content of proteins, minerals, B-vitamins and fiber . It contains mainly potassium and calcium , and to a lesser extent also phosphorus, magnesium and sodium. B-vitamins are important for maintaining good condition of our hair, nails and skin.

Dosage:

Take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days pause, or 3 weeks and 1 week pause. It is recommended to take 20 minutes before eating, drink with still water or tea.

Composition:

Extract from Auricularia auricula-judae (Judas ear) in gelatin capsules.

Nutritional values: Auricularia extract 0.35 g, polysaccharides 0.1 g per capsule.
