Allnature Oyster Mushroom 100 capsules

Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one of the most famous mushrooms in the Czech Republic. It grows from the end of summer until winter on live or dead trunks of deciduous trees. It excels in its delicious taste. The oyster mushroom is rich in beta-glucans and also contains many vitamins and minerals.

Dosage:

Take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days pause, or 3 weeks and 1 week pause. It is recommended to take 20 minutes before eating, drink with still water or tea.  

Composition:

Extract of Pleurotus ostreatus (Oyster Mushroom) in gelatin capsules.

Nutritional values: Oyster extract 0.3 g, 0.09 g polysaccharides per capsule.
