Allnature Shiitake Echinacea 100 capsules

Lentinus edodes is an edible fungus native to East Asia that grows in groups on decaying deciduous trees. Due to its naturally spicy taste and distinctive aroma, it is widely used in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Because of their high content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals, they are also called “mushroom queens”. Shiitake contains lentinan , a polysaccharide that has a significant effect on the immune system and natural defenses. They are also rich in vitamin C, selenium, iron, fiber and protein . Compared to the dried sponge, the extract contained in these capsules is much stronger.

Dosage:

Take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days pause, or 3 weeks and 1 week pause. We recommend taking 20 minutes before a meal.

Shiitake fruit extract (Lentinus edodes) in gelatin capsules.

Nutritional values: Shiitake extract 0.3 g, polysaccharides 0.09 g per capsule.
