The Alpinamed ^® B12 Trio dosing spray contains three naturally occurring vitamin B12 compounds in the body. The two active vitamins (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin) provide a direct supply of vitamin B12, while the storage form (hydroxocobalamin) ensures a long-term depot.

Nutritional values ​​in a daily dose of 1-5 sprays:

100 µg vitamin B12 (1 puff), 200 µg vitamin B12 (2 puffs), 300 µg vitamin B12 (3 puffs), 400 µg vitamin B12 (4 puffs), 500 µg vitamin B12 (5 puffs).
